What are the conference dates and times?
The Monetize Your Ministry Conference 2026 takes place Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27 in the Wesley Chapel/Tampa Bay area. It begins at 4 pm on Friday afternoon and ends at noon on Sunday.
What is the difference between General Admission and VIP?
General Admission gives you full access to the Friday and Saturday General sessions, the Awards Ceremony, the Speaker Showcase, and everything in between. VIP includes everything in General Admission plus the Friday VIP Masterclasses, the Business Building Lab — a private, hands-on intensive on Sunday morning, September 27, where you'll work with coaches directly on your business. It's more intimate, more personal, and designed to help you leave with a real plan.
Where is the conference being held?
The conference is being held at 2727 Mansfield Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543, 3rd Floor Conference Room. Directions and signage will be posted.
Where should I stay?
There is a hotel located close to the venue that we have contracted with for discounted rates - The Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Wesley Chapel, FL. A booking link is available on the website.
How far is the venue from the airport?
The venue is approximately 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. We recommend planning your travel accordingly.
What are the ticket prices?
Early bird pricing is $297 for General Admission and $497 for VIP up until July 31. The price for registration goes up to $397 for General Admission and $597 for VIP afterwards (until the regular registration deadline).
Can I put down a deposit to hold my spot?
Yes. You can put down $50 to lock in your spot and your price. The balance will be due by July 31, 2026. The deposit is non-refundable.
Is food included in the ticket price?
Food is not included in the ticket price. However, you do have the option to purchase a Saturday lunch ticket during your registration. This allows for you to network with others during the lunch period.
Will there be vendors and exhibitors?
Yes. There will be space for vendors and exhibitors at the conference.
Will there be a photographer on-site?
Yes. We are working to have a photographer there. You will have the opportunity to get professional headshots taken, similar to a vendor experience.
Will there be swag?
Yes. Every registered attendee receives an official conference T-shirt. T-shirt size will be collected at registration. Additional merchandise will be available for purchase.
Will sessions be recorded? Can I purchase a replay?
We are working with our videographer and AV team on recording capabilities. We will share more information on replay availability as soon as it is confirmed. If you can make it in person — come. It will be an experience worth being there for.
Will there be a virtual attendance option?
We are focused on making the in-person experience exceptional for this inaugural conference. A virtual option is not available at this time.
What will be covered at the conference?
The conference brings together all three pillars of the Monetize Your Ministry program — speaking, writing, and coaching — under one roof for the first time as a live, in-person event. In addition topics such as sales, fundraising, offer creation and marketing will be covered. Expect keynote sessions, an awards ceremony celebrating MYM community members, a speaker showcase Saturday night, and for VIPs, the Business Building Lab on Sunday morning.
